The Harley-Davidson WLA is the Army version of the WL civilian series motorcycle during WWII. The WLC is the Canadian Army version of the civilian WL series.
Over 90000 WLA motorcycles were produced during WWII. The WLA was used by the military police, document transport, escorting duties and reconnaissance. The WLA was rarely used
in a combat assault being vulnerable to almost any munition.
